Tabata Video

You gotta checkout these ladies doing body weight squats Tabata style. They're keeping an insane pace. Notice they all seem to have muscular legs and none of them are fat. I think it's near impossible to be fat after working up to this level of Tabata training. Think it's easy? Try it!

Body Building Techniques Ultimate Lift

As body building techniques go few will dispute that if you want to build big muscle and power, deadlifts are a must. In fact deadlifts engage so many muscles at once doing them alone could be considered a whole body workout. And as has been stated on this blog before deadlifts turn on the testosterone, a must to gain muscle fast, better than any other exercise.

I found an awesome video of Johnie Jackson showing us all how its done. The guy is a dead lifting beast!
