Body Building Techniques 6 Week Plan Video

I found a great video of a full weight training circuit routine. A  circuit is a body building technique that works great to slim you down and build muscle at the same time.  This video assumes you're starting as a beginner by conditioning with light weight and high reps at first and progressing to heavier weights and less repetitions toward the end of the 6 week cycle.

This is a plan is weight training circuit and not a pure mass building type workout. Pure mass building workouts can often pack on fat as well as muscle. The training circuit in this video will improve your overall fitness, burn fat as well as build muscle. The rest interval recommended is an important component and should be adhered to.
